This project was a complete redesign and rebuild of the Victim Support website and app, creating a secure and accessible platform for victims seeking information and community support. Every aspect of the design was carefully crafted to meet accessibility standards while ensuring user safety and confidentiality.
The website was developed with a fresh new style, including updated colors, typography, and layout to enhance readability and usability. All components were custom-built to align with the unique design vision and functionality required for this platform.
The chat room is a custom built feature, it had to adhere to the old site whilst still being modern and intuitive. it has specific features that other chat rooms don't use which made this an interesting challenge too plan and construct.
Custmbuilt account section holding all of the settings, features and content the user has interacted with. This was a priority for the client as tey eded specific features for there users which had to be planned and designed into areas which seemed logical and user friendly.
Specific user journeys were made into prototypes for the client, showcasing how there users would interact with the new website. App versions were also made.
The app was designed to mirror the website’s core functionality while optimizing the user experience for mobile accessibility and responsiveness.
